If you have a Sky Q router it no longer receives security updates. Sky have been sending out emails and letters to customers with these hubs for over a year. I had such an email in February 2025 and Sky sent out a Sky Broadband hub free of charge.
If the link won't work call Sky to arrange. Just dial 150 free from your Sky Talk landline.
