Sky Q to barely working

Sky Q to barely working but checks show that our broadband is connected and ‘good’ - been like it since yesterday evening.  Have re-booted hub and switched sky box off/on a few times.

the quality of our broadband has reduced significantly since our alleged 'upgrade' late last year and is very poor generally.
