Sky Q not working

Recordings saying please wait and nothing loading. Catch up shows thumbnails but then says programs of this type unavailable. Normal tv working ok. Any reason?

@Matt1976  Is this Sky Q TV box or Sky Q hub for broadband you are talking about and are you with Sky for your broadband?
