I had full fibre broadband installed yesterday. I have successfully connected all of the devices in the house to the new network, using the password that came with the installation. However, I can't connect Sky Q to the new broadband. Settings finds the new network but won't accept the new password, even though it is the same one that I used for all of our other devices. Any ideas, folks?
