Sky Q keeps losing wi fi

Since  supposedly upgrading, my house is full of dead spots and my sky q box constantly losing signal

@stevedubz When you upgraded the system what was involved in doing so, was it a Fibre upgrade, a move position off the hub, and also did you go Sky Max at the same time with a new replaced hub!

Yes both, fibre upgrade, and the hub moved to the room Nextdoor ,sky gave me one extender that made it slightly  better but still speeds are slower and sometimes non existent. And sky a box loses internet as many times as I can bothered to set it up daily. Will not connect wps only by selecting a different provider and doing it manually with ultra finicky password entry system

@stevedubz Do you feel now that the Sky Q is trying more to connect to the Sky Max pod than getting to the Sky Max hub, and you are correct no more wps connection method as the Q Mesh is gone due to the new Max upgrade!

Yes its  trying to connect to the max pod. It does for about ten minutes then loses connection

@stevedubz Understand it's a major faffing about, but are you prepared to take the Q box, sit it next to the Sky Max hub and set it all up direct to the hub?

Impossible the hub is upstairs in my sons bedroom, I want to watch tv downstairs in the front room

@stevedubz Just in case this was not a perminent but only for the setup! Then back to where it was/is!

@stevedubz Your other choice, get sky engineer involved but you want a broadband or Q specialist. And if it was me, would be returning to the Black SR203 hub and a SE210 booster if that was indeed required after all the equipment moved about!
