Sky Q/broadband issues

On chat again to sort Sky Q and intermittent broadband connection issues. Asked for Sky Booster to try and rectify, low and behold if you don't have this as part of your broadband, they don't provide it. Absolutely fed up of this awful service and such a handcuff to get out. Email complaint sent this time, the energy and waste of my time is testing my patience 😤

The key is to insist it's a Q television problem without referring to any wider WiFi issues.

 

Sky supplies booster hardware free of charge for the former, while the latter requires a broadband subscription supplement.

OK thanks for that as it does seem more Q issue, so back on chat tomorrow, unless I get a satisfactory response from my complaint, cheers Ad.
