Sky Q box WiFi loses connection every night

Every evening between around 9pm and 10.30pm my sky Q box loses internet connection. 
this is becoming very frustrating considering the price I pay and years I've been with sky

Is it just your Sky Q box that suffers this issue or is it other devices too?
