I was having trouble with my sky q connecting to my virgin broadband so an engineer came out and left me a sky broadband hub fir my sky q but there is no password with it help!

@Shazzy71 A sky hub will not work on a virgin media broadband connection. Or are you saying you now have Sky broadband as well?

The wifi password is printed on a label on the back of or underneath he hub.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

That was probably a Sky wireless booster, not a Hub. You connect the booster to your Virgin router (preferably using ethernet cable) and then the Q box to the booster by pressing the WPS buttons on both.

Certainly worth a try. If it's a white box then it's definitely a booster.
