I wish to return my Sky Q hub as I suspect that it is faulty, and Sky to send me another. What is the procedure please.
Many thanks

Programes recording without be asked, volume increasing on tv without input from remote, subtitles appearing and not being able to switch off also unable to get to settings with the remote the list goes on. I have had 3 replacement Sky Q boxes to try and cure these irritating problems however I noticed that if I disconnect the hub I am able to get into the settings page on the Sky Q box and sort the issues yet within a few hours of turning on the hub the same problems return.
Please help as I am the end off my tether with this.

Is this more to do with the sky q satellite receiver and not the sky q broadband hub

I don't think so as I have said when I disconnect the hub I have no problems at all
then within a few hours of reconnecting the hub the problems return.
