I have recently moved house but taken my broadband with me. Since my move, I am unable to access certain sites anymore, like tinder for example. If I connect through my mobile data it works fine, so I know it has to be the sky broadband.
My phone says I do not have the rights to change the safeguard? Any ideas how to fix this would be very appreciated

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Chrisavfc82 what is likely to have happened is your new connection has the default Age 13 restrictions applied by Sky's Broadband Shield. You can simply change these by logging in with the Sky id linked to the account in the My Sky app. Check you are not using the wrong Sky id if you aren't give Sky a call as the permissions have not been set up properly.
