Sky Pod No Longer Working

Hi,

we have a sky pod upstairs in the same place it always has been no changes and do not turn it off, it's now so slow, the WIFI upstairs next to the pod isn't good at all and the sky glass multiroom is so laggy and glitchy.

please can someone advise/sort this ASAP
