Sky Pod Connection

I've had a new router which has taken two weeks to on board and needed an engineer to come and do it. He's added 3 x pods to extend the range and said one the hub is seen on my sky app it will see all the pods too which it doesn't. 

how long after on board of router will the pods take to show or should they be on by now?
