Sky Max

Installed new sky max router, our sky mobile phones keep dropping off . This morning when i go to settings i cannot even find my router.

 

run tests, all says ok.

 

any ideas?

@Ross2020 Look at the sky Hub lights, if anything else is connected then it may just be that device you are trying to coonect with to the hub!

 

This link below provides information about the coloured lights on the various hubs that can help to see what is going on! If the system is also Full Fibre then the lights on the OR/CF ONT also require to be looked at!
