Sky Max unstable network

Hi, 

 

I've recently renewed my broadband and this time went with Sky Max due and upgraded my speed.

 

Wifi is now much worse than before! The living room with a smart TV where it was fine before now can't keep a connection to wifi and the TV keeps saying the network is unstable. It is not that far from the hub.

 

Tried adding the Max Pod but it just keeps blinking and never connects even if it is less than 10 feet from the hub. To be honest it looks like Sky have sent me a damaged Pod as it it looks like it has an impact mark depression dead centre. on the front of it.

 

I've tried resetting the hub a few times but no difference.

 

At this point in time I've upgraded and have much worse wifi than before.

 

Anyone have any ideas how I can resolve this?

I still have the problem, but haven't seen any response other than someone saying it was beign escalated!
