Hello.
Yesterday everything was fine, no issues. This morning I woke up and have no WiFi. My WiFi box has a pulsating light. I've tried switching off and on from the mains and waiting a minute or so. I've even held down the WPS button for 30 seconds. There's no LOS light on the FTTP so it's not an external issue.

There is a known issue affecting Sky Max Hubs (white ones) that started around 2 AM due to an overnight update. This update did not work apparently and has caused connectivity problems for over 46,000 customers. Our technical team is working to roll back the update and restore service, but we don’t have an exact time for resolution yet. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we work to fix this.
