Sky Max router dropping

Upgraded to the Sky Max Router as we've recently got rid of sky Q and since then the signal strength has been terrible upstairs, meant to be on 150mbps speed and can barely even get 40mbps in rooms, plus two bars of signal now on our phones. Even drops to less than 20mbps at times.

Thought it would of improved the signal upstairs by paying the extra per month, how do we get the boosters? Can't seem to get a hold of anyone on the chat option.

150mps is what  you get to the router

Your sky q box also  acted as a booster  to your  broadband  speed

You can call sky and ask for a booster

Re: Sky Max router dropping

@DaniiM You do not chat to sky about the booster request, you NEED to call them direct and request it then, they do a test with you and if that shows booster is required then one will be sent. Link to all the details are below.

@DaniiM

Getting rid of Sky Q likely caused your issue. Sky Q boxes act has hotspots for your broadband so removing them would have reduced your coverage quite significantly.
