I had upgraded my sky ultrafast subscription and have been sent a new white hub to replace my similar white hub. I had a sky max pod connected to the old hub. All worked ok.i was told I could keeep the hub and it would work with my new hub ok. It doesn't.
I installed the new white hub and have tried to connect the sky max pod to the new white hub. Whilst it looks initially that it connects it then disconnects and the white light flashes on the max pod.
i have moved it closer but does same thing and also tried it connected by cable but again does not connect.
do sky have to do something to link the pod to my new hub.
i see that it said you can add it manually but I'm not sure how to and can't find instructions.
can someone help from either sky or community please.
