Sky Max hub stuck on “setting up”

Hi

 

I have upgraded to the sky max hub, my internet is working but it is still stuck on "setting up" on the app.  

I have reset the router and logged out and redownloaded the MySky app. 

I was just wondering if there was any way to sort this without spending my evening on the phone
