Sky Max cooling off period any problems returning Hum

If i order a sky max hub and find it difficult to get on with , various 2.4 kit,

Do i get a cooling off time, to revert to my old hub ?

I believe that while Sky will accept cancellation of the Max add-on, they won't necessarily swap the Max Hub back to a previous model (and all Q Hubs are rapidly heading towards obsolescence anyway)

@Ian2240 the work round of temporarily disabling the 5GHz band while you connect the devices thst wont connect to the dual band SSID and then turning it back on after thry are connected works for most people going by reports. However @TimmyBGood is correct if you reject the Wifi Max product you keep the white hub 6 it how I have one myself.

Hallo,

I would stil have the old hub, can't  I  unplug max and plug in old hub and return Max?
