Sky Max Wifi Extender

Hi, I have fibre 500 and Sky Max Router, can someone please escalate this to a Sky team member that can send me a range extender. I only need one, like I had when on BT, it just gets the signal to the far end of the house where the computer is. The router / ONT is at the opposite end, so the range isn't quite enough, and wifi drops repeatedly. BT solved the problem by sending an extender disc, I understand Sky do something similar, but so far I haven't been able to get through on the phone to ask for one.

Unfortunately forum escalation hasn't been in operation for several months.

Any idea how I can get this sorted ? Do I need to speak to someone on the phone?

@rich_a_potter Yes, you have to call, be sure you have the sky Max addon to your package as the boosters are not given out as a freeby!

They will also test with you on the 1st one, 2nd/3rd are engineer visit's. All the info is linked below.

Also if you need the link for improving, and you may be better seeing if the sky Hub can be moved to a different location by extending the Ethernet cable!
