Hi. My sky max has been set up and is working good, however in a couple rooms I have little or no connection, with speeds ranging from no connection at all to a max of 15 mbp/s in those rooms. I read that WiFi pods were included at no extra cost if any room has below 30mbp/s so just wondering how I would go about ordering these? Thank you.

Sky loans wireless booster hardware free under the terms of the 'WiFi Guarantee' element of 'Broadband Boost' and the 'Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' part of the 'WiFi Max' subscription supplement: they don't otherwise provide or sell them except to resolve issues with Sky Q. Inevitably some have leaked onto a certain auction site, but Sky won't offer support with using these.
Confusingly the 'Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' doesn't actually provide booster hardware, and is essentially a sales lead generator for the supplements mentioned above.

Okay thank you but doesn't really answer the question. I'm getting below 25mbp/s in rooms so from reading the guarantee seems the procedure is send a pod before a month money back so I'll ask how how do I contact them to organise the loaning of pods?

If you have the WiFi Max subscription supplement in your subscription bundle then you call to go through a telephone diagnosis before a pod is despatched. Without that extra monthly cost they aren't available.

Mentioned in the original post I have WiFi max. I'll ring them.
