Sky Max Wi-fi
In random places around my house, my devices will show connected to the wi-fi, but showing as no internet connection.
Another device can be a barely a foot away, with no change in obstructions between pods or the router, and show as connected with internet connection.
I've tried resetting everything, re-connecting the two pods, moving them around, but it still happens.
It seems very odd that the devices, nor the pods are actually disconnecting from the Wi-fi, but just can't find an internet connection.
The fact it's also different devices and software makes it more confusing again. Whether it's a lenovo tablet, a new galaxy phone, a google pixel, or even an xbox, they all seem to suffer from it at random.
They do seem to reconnect if we turn the devices wifi off and back on, but this is surely a Sky issue and not ours.
Anyone any ideas? I'm hesitant for another engineer to the home as we had numerous last year due to the full fibre in the area being incorrectly installed

Re: Sky Max Wi-fi
I did as suggested, was asked to confirm account details, that was about 4 hours ago. Was the 48 hours closure purely if i don't reply, or was that when to expect it to be closed with the speed of responses?

Hi @Shaggy691 please rest assured our teams will reply to you as quickly as they possibly can. The chat would only close if you have not responded to us within 48 hours, it doesn't close if you are awaiting response from our team. Thanks, Becca.
