Customer has a Max router and when trying to log onto websites on his mobile is saying he is overseas?

@MrsP129 geo location systems used by websites vary and can be inconsistent. It can be worth changing the public IP4 address Sky havecassigned which can becdone by powering down tge hub for an hour.
