Sky Max Pods not connecting

Had two Sky max pod extenders connected and were working. But now neither are- white light flashing on both and in app it says they are offline. Have added serial numbers but fail to connect. Plugged in right beside hub to try to connect.

@Jmcc2 Probably quicker to call sky to see if they have an error on there end with account's and Max equipment!
