My broadband keeps going off

Over the last few weeks my broadband keeps going off, yet when I try and sort it out on the mmyysky app it shows everything is OK. Yet I have no connection. I've unplugged my router waited 5 minutes plugged it back in again and nothing, then after about 15 minutes sometimes ½hr it's comes back on it's self. This has happened se real times since joing sky, yet I had NO issues with my previous provider.

I don't know what checks you have made so if you haven't then try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
