Had another engineer visit last night,
think they know there is a problem as he was struggling to get things working properly,he installed another pod renamed them all and it's working okay today ,but he did say the pods are having issues,sky should be telling us this and not leave us all in the dark ,the engineer said if they drop out again ring up sky again and request a new router and replace all three pods ,not great I feel like I'm testing there equipment out for them ,I have waisted so much time and the engineers are obviously struggling as they know there is issues with the equipment but don't tell you .
the engineer also suggested to upgrade ,
im on full fibre, which should and says when sold is sufficient.

Hi guys, my issue has now been resolved so im going to put on here what happened. My new sky router arrived a couple of weeks ago but i noticed that the My Sky app wasnt working as it wouldnt connect to the router, where it wassupposed to be connecting it was just spinning in circles on the app. I didnt think much of it as the broadbad was working ok apart from this.I ordered some wi-fi pods and they arrived but they were never connecting flashing white. Looking on the app and it was saying that the pods were still on route even though ive actually recieved them. i contacted sky and they got this little error removed from the app but the pod was still not working. i used to work for sky tech and they found a external error. These network errors normally happen at the exchange! The engineer fixed the issue at the exchange and surprise surprise not only does the pod work, the app now works also. I believe the engineer didnt correctly finish the job at the exchange the first time when he installed it. Hope this helped

Hi i had the same problem it just stayed flashing. I called sky on 150 and the lady talked me through the system to get it to connect via the Sky app. Hope this helps.
