No Internet

I have had no Internet since Thursday last week. I would like to know what's going on with the Internet on the sky and my router so please contact me as soon as possible as I'm moving. 'cause I'm fed up with it

I have got no Wi-Fi in my home

I have no Wi-Fi in my house. My router is on but we've only two green lights on so it's got no no Internet on the router so could you explain to me what's going on? I have run test on my connection and they say it is wrong. Something is not right so please could you help me

You are only talking to other Sky customers here so the first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:

If there isn't try running the line test here:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
