Sky Max Pod

I called up on Saturday to order a Sky Max Pod (I have wifi-max). The man on the phone said that he had placed the order and that it would be delivered within 5-7 working days. I have looked on my order page to see if its on there but its not showing and I have no confirmation that I have ordered this? Any help would be appreciated

If it is not showing on your account and you are logged in either the correct details then you might want to come to then again to get confirmation that the order was placed.
