The sky Max pod has stopped working. I tried to call sky to get a new one but can't seem to speak to a real person. I've tried everything on all the help pages.
@MitchellRose It's one off those you need to persist with trying to speak with sky, it is the only way to report the Pod as faulty and arrange to get it replaced!
