Sky Max Pod

Hello,

I have sky broadband with 2 pods, 

1 pod of the middle floor and 1 pod on the third floor

the third floor one , the signal seems weak, it's showing up and connection: ok , on the app rather that good as all the other ones are showing as good/green.

but regardless of this, the WiFi has been extremely bad throughout the whole house these last few weeks, like it's connected to the WiFi however the internet just keeps dropping out

i I have tried to find a sky number to call for help but it seems impossible😭 it keeps directing me here

Can anyone help? Any advise for the WiFi, or a number I can call?
