Sky Max Pod QR Code

Hello,

I have a Sky max pod and it has disconnected when I moved house. There is no way to reconnect it manually in My Sky app like the Help section suggests you can. I know the only way to connect it manually is to scan the QR code that is on the inside of the box that you receive the pod in when you get it through the post. Can anyone post a picture of this QR code so I can add it manually because Sky can't help.

@Tom341 Have you tried connecting the pod up to the sky Max hub with an Ethernet cable linked between them both and seeing what happens!

@Tom341 Call sky, dial 150 on your landline phone and have them check it's all transfered accross account wise.
