Sky Max Pod Driving Me Nuts - HELP!

Hi, I hope someone can help!

My Sky Max Booster was connected and working fine, then I noticed a weakened signal. Checked the pod, and now it's stopped working. Gets very very hot, it's not covered by anything. Light comes on sometimes blue and flashing white but trying to connect on the sky app and it just won't have it. I see it there but it won't connect. What should I do, other than throw it out the window. Thanks in advance!

If you haven't yet, turn it off for 10 minutes. If no change then you'll need to phone or chat with Sky directly. Either 150 on a Sky broadband landline or Sky mobile or have a look at https://www.sky.com/help/articles/contacting-sky

Sky will expect it back as it's their property so do keep hold of it.
