Sky Max Parental Controls
Hi all , I have the normal black sky router , I am thinking of upgrading to Sky Max for the kids however I wondered are you able to choose what content they can see using the parent controls ? I know you can set limits

Re: Sky Max Parental Controls
This doesn't answer my question , can you choose what type of content they see on the devices ?

No, that's not a level of control which any ISP offers. Fine-grain web filtering is time-intensive and consequently expensive to maintain, and so typically sold in subscription format to schools and similar institutions.

Re: Sky Max Parental Controls
@Plonka86 if you want that level of control it is normally done at device level but Sky's Broadband Shield which works with your current hub can control the type of content to some extent but will affect all devices on the network while active. See https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-broadband-shield-start
. The parental controls offered in the Sky WiFi Max bundle are explained here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max-parental-controls
