Sky Max Hub with Full Fibre 500 not showing in My Sky
Hi. My Sky app doesn't show my new sky max hub recently installed. Wi-Fi works and service is fine but I'm unable to see/access my hub via MySky on mobile laptop.
Spoke to sky support and they just told all me things I'd already gleaned from support sites like this one e.g. remove app & change pw, reset hub, etc and then told me to post issue here as some people seem to have got it sorted but nothing is explained as to HOW it got resolved, other than a sky technician here doing something.
Hoping a sky technician please offer me the same support and resolution

@Stuart691 I can see that your post has been escalated to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted.
