Sky Max Hub - setting not showing in my sky app

Ok, so I've had the max hub since 29th Aug - it's now the 8th September.... I've had no settings for the hub appear in the my sky app - I've had 2 conversations with sky help team and both were the same result .... Escalated internally for resolution - had 2 emails stating problem solved, and yet still no change - performed the prescribed reset/password change/hub reset procedure and still no joy. It seems that an online chat may fix the issue.... As I see a lot of these threads end after someone at sky responds offering to resolve via this method.... So...... C'mon sky...... Let's chat!

Hi @lwlDiablolwl 

Unfortunately the Sky messaging system on the forum is currently not in use so you would need to keep contacting Sky via the channels you have already been using
