Sky Max Hub - no lights

I got home last night and my Sky Max hub has no power. No lights turned on and not showing up when I go to connect to wifi.
Have tried plugging into different sockets and still nothing. Has anyone else had this issue?

They have said an Openreach engineer is going to run some checks but to be honest I think it is just faulty equipment?

Hi @kierank1

If theres no lights on the hub at all (front & Back) then it does sound like the hub or PSU is faulty. I have escalated your post to Sky, look out for a message on the forum

Re: Sky Max Hub - no lights

Has anyone else had a terrible response from Sky to this kind of problem? It is clearly an issue with the box not powering on.
On Thursday they got me to do the basic checks (plug it in another socket, turn on/off, press WPS button, take photos etc) and sent to network team for external checks. This obviously came back clear on Saturday so on Sunday they got me to perform the exact same checks again and have sent it back to the network team and it once again says under my order "for external checks".

Sure they will find nothing again after a few days and are wasting everyones time leaving me with no wifi! I keep messaging them and they say nothing they can do
