My Sky Max Hub was showing in the MySky app but since I have had it turned off for a day or so (tinkering with my home network equipment and living room) it's disappeared. I've tried to reset the hub, removed the app and reinstalled and logged back in and even waited over 24 hours, nothing is restoring it in the MySky app; and now certain settings require the use of the app (such as port forwarding) I am stuck.
Does anyone have any further suggestions please?

This isn't going well. Called Sky, apparently my account isn't showing as activated and they need to "send off a form". I now have a message about an Openreach Engineer being required and it'll take up to 5 days for one to be booked.
Seriously?
It isn't an Openreach fault at all, my ONT is live and my service is working. Is anyone able to get a Sky staff member on this by highlighting my issue?

You could try this url in a browser to see if the router will onboard.
It may need to be done using Chrome.
If this doesn't work then it will need the network team to onboard it, which sounds like has been requested already by the agent you spoke to.
