Sky Max Hub issues

Hi all,


I am in a bit of a pickle with my Sky Max Hub.

 

The wires were disconnect to the hub by accident and now the WiFi won't connect to either of my Samsung TVs. They were working before. I can't even find the hub in my app now, so I can't change the password to see if that will help.

 

Has anyone any idea of how I could make the hub reappear in my app or the reason for either of my problems?

If your hub is working but wont show in the app you'd need to contact Sky as it will likely be a backend issue.
