Can anyone offer any advice, I've changed over to sky max hub and I'm having endless problems with my work laptop losing connection. My IT have been through all laptop settings, and I've constantly rebooted the hub has this happened to anyone else and if so how did you fix the problem? Beginning to wish I hadn't upgraded now 😭
@Suz_ie See the link below and about the wireless wi-fi security mode, you may have to drop back to WPA2-PSK! You can also consider just using the SR203 version looks the same as your Max, but black in colour and extra indication on it!
