Last try or im signing up with a different company

I have tried many times now to sign up, and each time, straight after entering my payment details, it says sorry technical difficulties. 

I have contacted my bank, and its nothing to do with them. After reading many similar stories here now, it is definately Sky blocking it. Like most, at the end of a contract with a different company, we take advantage of cashback, to join a new company. I feel Sky do not want to pay this, so they are blocking setting up online, in order, that you need to call them, which means missing out on the cashback.

Broadband is broadband, and tv packages are also, the same with other companies, so if i cashback not available, with Sky, it is with other companies. 

Ill try one more time with them, and if doesnt go through again, i will contact top cashback, to say thats a false advert, as its not on offer to anyone, and ill go with another company.

I tried direct debit set up, and paying by card

@Amanda0076  You're only telling other customers, I'm not sure what your asking other cyutomers to do here?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Im just letting others trying to sign up, know, that i experienced this too, as i have spent a long time, trying to figure out, if it was somehting wrong on my end, with my bank maybe. so it could save others wasting so much time, trying to figure it out
