@Rosa5 the installation can go ahead without the hub but Sky aim to deliver them 2 days before the installation date. They come by post which can het delayed if you dont receive your hub by the time the engineer has come call Sky as they can rush one to you. If you have an existing Sky service the old hub can normally be used on the new service if required.
