@ABC1234 you can try powering down your Sky hub for an hour which will give you a new IP addres which should be UK based. The issue is caused by Sky like other ISPs having to buy small,blocks of IP4 addresses which can be based literally anywhere. The world has run out of new IP4 addresses.
While these adrresses are re-registered by Sky as UK addresses it takes a while before all of the services that check location catch up.
