Sky Max Hub and Pod
Hi I have just received a Sky max hub and a Pod last week. Hub connected great but I'm unable to connect the POD. No matter what I do it will not stop flashing! Please help before I throw it through the window!!!

@samspedding If the help is no good for it below, then you may just have to contact sky and be sure that it is registered account wise.

I have had the engineers this morning and the job needs setting adding before it will connect. It would never have connected!!!

@samspedding Are you saying as it is not clear on your post, that SKY did not assign the Pod serial number to your account, so therefore you could do nothing with it!

I don't know I just had the engineers because I couldn't connect it and they said it hadn't been set up at their end properly and would never have connected
