Sky Max Hub Poor Wifi Signal

Ive just had sky broadband 500mb installed, moving from Bt. 

Unfortunately, the wifi signal upstairs is now shocking with constant dropouts 

any suggestions how to improve this, we don't live in a massive house (its a new build so no thick walls) and have never had an issue with other providers (BT/Plusnet)

ive got the sky max hub and paying extra £4 per month for the broadband guarantee 

I've gone from 900mbps fttp with bt to 500 mbps with sky

@mrjackson90 The obvious choice for you is to call after the 14day wait period and organise getting the first sky Max pod if there testing and checks warrant getting one! The links below all about the Max and what you get!

It's a bit of a scam that you have to wait until after the cooling off period until you can get wifi extenders from them
