I will be connecting to NBI FTTH in a few weeks and need to choose a supplier.

What modem does Sky supply gor the 500 Mbps service?

Historically that's been the black Sky Broadband Hub (2019, 802.11ac WiFi 5) by default, with the white Max Hub (2023, 802.11ax WiFi 6) as an extra monthly cost option paid through the WiFi Max subscription supplement.

The standard router for fttc and fttp is the sr203 broadband hub.
