@leecollins13052 using your mobile connect to the My Sky app and run the connection test as that will tell you if there iis a known fault if thst is clear call Sky and report the fault. There are loads of issues currently mainly caused by the recent heavy rain so the Openreach engineers are very busy so it may take a while for them to get to your job.
