Hi,
This is the second time this week my router has no light on internet. I work from home and this is not acceptable. It was fine on the old copper cables, since upgrading to full fibre I have nothing but issues. I have no landline and no WiFi. Need this sorting asap.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@AnitaC you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum and the fact you choose to use what is sold as a domestic service for work is your choice but unfortunately gives you no priority.
With full fibre check the ONT unit if that is showing a red light call Sky to report the fault. If that is showing all green lights butvthe hub is not connecting check the cable from the ONT to the hub and if the connection checker in the My Sky app run over a mobile connection doesnt tell you that Sky are aware of a fault affecting your line then also call them.
Faults on domestic lines reported today Thursday are likely to be fixed by the end of Monday which is the SLA Openreach set for domestic connections.
