I got a sky fibre line installed the other day and got a sky broadband hub new router... all of the lights are green on router and ONT, but the connection is woeful? Can do basic internet searches but Outlook emails can't connect etc. Engineer came back out to say the line was fine so must be the modem, got a replacement modem and still no change - what is happening? 😞

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@CW3 can you run a speedtest on a device connected using an ethernet cable? That test should show if there is an issue with the line or simpky you have lousy wifi signal in your home.
