Broadband speed is atrocious

In the Hatfield area it says the speed to router is the fault - telephone exchange issue. The chatbot is NO HELP, I am trying to work and there is not phone number - When is sky fixing this? you garauntee 30mbps it is at 5mbps?!

@Howdoyouhelp Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
