Sky Hub has not arrived in time

Hi,

 

My broadband changed over yesterday. I was sent the wrong hub amd I am still waiting for the correct one to arrive. I am currently running on my old EE hub. I also have no landline currently as I tried to ring it off my mobile.

 

What do I do with the incorrect hub, and what can I do about running on my EE hub? How long will it take for my landline to become active again?

@Dreyee  Which hub did they send you and which one are you supposed to have been given?

If your EE hub is still working it suggests the switch has not completed otherwise the old service should have ceased 

 

was your order an upgrade from part fibre to full fibre? Was it a like for like switch of existing fibre? Was a one touch switch placed?

 

have you received an activation text or email from sky?

@mormegil @Highlinder Seems to be a bit off a current theme with the messages off wrong router being sent, and OP's still left working on there old ISP routers, even though activations sent etc, so they say, last one BT router up 3 days and OP called sky after receiving the exact same router although not supposed to be, and while on with sky, them telling him NO way the BT router is still working, do the factory reset, third time as off magic it connected, know what i mean....
